Asayake and Yuyake are two popular massages in Japan. To achieve the best results, the movements should be performed from bottom to top, from inside to outside, and from the center of the face.

Asayake Massage

Asayake in Japanese means “bright morning.” To perform the Asayake massage, you should cold your palms before massaging to awaken and tighten the skin. Repeat each step in the massage 5 times.
